Byrne | Potere | Hunt, A Joint Venture (BPH) is soliciting bids for the TCC NE Campus Science Building Enabling Package. The package includes demolition, electrical utility rerouting, site communications rerouting, earthwork, and civil utility rerouting in preparation for a new 86,089 SF Science Building. The remaining work for the Science Building will be bid later. Bidders are directed to the official bid page on AECOM HUNT's Building Connected platform and should complete the bid form and respond to all questions. Mobilization is expected on July 6, 2026, with a pre-bid outreach meeting scheduled for April 30, 2026.
