The Manistee County Land Bank Authority (MCLBA) is seeking proposals for a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), an optional Baseline Environmental Assessment (BEA), and a pre-demolition Universal Waste / Hazardous Materials Investigation at 267 Third Street, Manistee. The property is a former multifamily residence slated for demolition in summer 2026. The BEA is to be completed if the property is found to be a Facility under Michigan law. The Phase II ESA and HMI must be completed by June 5, 2026, with the BEA to be completed as soon as practical if needed.
