Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that SeAH Steel Corporation sold large diameter welded pipe from the Republic of Korea in the United States at prices below normal value during the period of review from May 1, 2023, through April 30, 2024. Hyundai Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. did not sell welded pipe at prices below normal value during this period. The review covers 23 producers and exporters, with specific weighted-average dumping margins assigned to SeAH and Hyundai Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. The Department of Commerce will assess antidumping duties accordingly and has set cash deposit requirements for shipments entered on or after the publication date of the final results.
