Description

This notice announces meeting dates for a Clinical Laboratory Fee Schedule (CLFS) public meeting including the Medicare Advisory Panel on Clinical Diagnostic Laboratory Tests on September 15-16, 2026. The Panel advises the Secretary of Health and Human Services and the CMS Administrator on issues related to clinical diagnostic laboratory tests (CDLTs). The public can present recommendations on payment amounts for CDLTs for which CMS received no applicable information during the data reporting period from May 1, 2026, through July 31, 2026. The Panel will then provide payment recommendations to the Secretary and Administrator.
