This notice announces a public meeting to receive comments and recommendations on the appropriate basis for establishing payment amounts for new or substantially revised Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) codes being considered for Medicare payment under the Clinical Laboratory Fee Schedule (CLFS) for calendar year 2027. The meeting also provides a forum for those who submitted reconsideration requests regarding final determinations made last year on new test codes and for the public to provide comments on these requests. The meeting will be held in a hybrid format, both in-person at the CMS campus in Baltimore, MD, and virtually online, on June 10, 2026. Stakeholders are encouraged to participate and submit comments by May 29, 2026.
