This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

W50S8V-26-Q-0021 – This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 and compliant with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO).

DISCLOSURE OF MAGNITUDE: IAW FAR 36.204(b), THIS PROJECT IS EXPECTED TO BE BETWEEN $25,000 AND $100,000.

DAVIS BACON WAGE RATES ARE APPLICABLE TO THIS PROJECT.

ALL CHANGE ORDERS FOR THE SUBSEQUENT CONTRACT, RESULTING IN AN EQUITABLE ADJUSTMENT, WILL BE DEFINITIZED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROCEDURES OUTLINED IN FAR 43.304.
