Description
Tacoma Power is seeking to contract with one or more entities to provide program management (PM) and organizational change management (OCM) services in support of the implementation of Markets+, a day-ahead energy market operated by the Southwest Power Pool (SPP). The contractor(s) will perform various tasks including data gathering, issue summarization, analysis, and development of recommendations. Separate work orders will outline specific objectives and tasks. The contract will have provisions to limit aggregate expenses to no more than $3,000,000.
