Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that unwrought palladium from the Russian Federation is being, or is likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value. The investigation period covers January 1, 2025, through June 30, 2025. This determination results in the continuation of suspension of liquidation and cash deposit requirements for imports of this merchandise. The scope includes various forms of unwrought palladium regardless of production method, including those commingled with other metals or processed in third countries.
