Description

The International Trade Commission has instituted reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 to determine whether revocation of the countervailing duty order on welded line pipe from Turkey and the antidumping duty orders on welded line pipe from South Korea and Turkey would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury. Interested parties are requested to respond by submitting specified information. The reviews are part of a second review process to assess the impact on the domestic industry. Responses are due by June 1, 2026, with comments on adequacy due by July 13, 2026.
