The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive landscaping and grounds maintenance services for the Memphis Internal Revenue Service Center (MIRSC) campus. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service (IRS) - Memphis Internal Revenue Service Center (MIRSC) - Scope of Services: - Performance-based grounds maintenance for a 109-acre federal campus - Recurring services: grass cutting, edging, pruning, fertilization, weed eradication, pest control, irrigation, mulching, debris removal - Seasonal flower planting: approximately 2,100 flowers each in spring and autumn - Additional, as-needed services: tree removal, stump/root removal, hole filling, erosion control, underbrush removal, severe shrub pruning, tree/shrub replacement, installation/removal of tree supports - Ditch and curb cleaning, fence line maintenance, natural area cleaning, raking, irrigation monitoring - Requirements: - Contractor must provide all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, management, and transportation - Environmental compliance and quality control emphasized - Staff qualifications and reporting/quality control plans required within 30 days of award - Performance standards and government inspections; corrective actions and documentation required - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; the procurement is open to qualified contractors - Place of Performance: - Memphis Internal Revenue Service Center (MIRSC), 5333 Getwell Road, Memphis, TN 38118 - Contract Structure: - Base period with option periods, total duration up to 30 months - Monthly firm-fixed pricing for basic services; additional services ordered separately

Description

The Contractor shall provide all supervision, administrative and technical support, equipment, labor, management, materials, personnel, subcontractors, supplies, tools, transportation (except as expressly set forth as Government furnished), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective completion of all services described herein.
