The New York State Office of General Services (OGS), Real Property and Facilities Management (RPM), is seeking a municipal landfill to dispose of municipal waste from the Nelson A. Rockefeller Empire State Plaza and the W. Averell Harriman State Office Campus, both located in Albany, NY. Municipal waste consists of everyday items discarded by the public. The waste will be collected and transported to the landfill by OGS personnel.
