The Lake Champlain – Lake George Regional Planning Board (LCLGRPB) is seeking proposals from qualified attorneys or law firms licensed in New York State to provide legal services related to debt collection, collateral recovery, and enforcement of loan agreements. The contract term is two years with an optional renewal for another two years. The services include initiation and prosecution of legal actions to collect debts, enforcement of loan agreements, foreclosure proceedings, repossession and disposition of secured assets, negotiation of settlements, filing and enforcement of judgments, coordination with law enforcement, and legal advice on risk mitigation and compliance.
