The New York State Department of Health, Office of Health Insurance Programs, is seeking a contractor to develop, deliver, and provide technical assistance and training for New York State of Health Application Assistors, Local Departments of Social Services, Facilitated Enrollment Organizations, Qualified Providers, and other entities that assist individuals in enrolling in health insurance coverage or performing health insurance eligibility determinations.
