The New York State Department of Health, Office of Health Insurance Programs, is seeking a contractor to develop, deliver, and provide technical assistance and training for New York State of Health Application Assistors, Local Departments of Social Services, Facilitated Enrollment Organizations, Qualified Providers, and other entities that assist individuals in enrolling in health insurance coverage or performing health insurance eligibility determinations. The contract term is from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2031. The solicitation includes MWBE goals of 15% for MBE and 15% for WBE. Questions must be submitted by May 14, 2026, and proposals are due by June 15, 2026.
