This solicitation is for subcontractors to provide special access equipment, bucket type under bridge inspection units, and staging/scaffolding to support bridge inspections in NYSDOT Region 5, covering Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, and Niagara counties. The subcontractor will supply all labor, materials, machinery, tools, and equipment necessary for the 2026-2027 biennial and interim bridge inspections. The work supports Lu Engineers and NYSDOT personnel and must comply with all relevant standards and regulations.
