The Capital Regional District (CRD) is seeking detailed proposals for comprehensive Building Condition Assessments (BCAs) for the Royal Theatre and the McPherson Playhouse. The selected proponent will enter into a contract to provide the described engineering services. The contract requires completion of services by September 1, 2026, or within 100 days of contract award, and includes a liquidated damages clause for delays. The CRD reserves the right to award the contract in whole or in part and may award additional follow-on work without further competition.
