The City of North Vancouver invites qualified and experienced respondents to submit an Expression of Interest for the design, build, finance, operate, and maintain of electric vehicle charging infrastructure at the new Harry Jerome Community Recreation Centre. The opportunity also includes the potential operation, maintenance, and management of eight existing publicly accessible EV charging stations at various City-owned surface parking lots. Submissions must be made electronically via BC Bid or by email. The solicitation is open until June 4, 2026.
