Description

The Research Foundation for SUNY is seeking a qualified, experienced, responsive, and responsible contractor that has successfully completed three Deionized Water backup projects similar in size, scope, and complexity within the last five years. The contractor will implement a DI water backup for The Central Utility Building (CUB) located at 257 Fuller Road in Albany, NY to allow for critical maintenance without downtime to the fabrication facilities. The scope includes acquisition and modification of the piping network and installation of new Reverse Osmosis (RO) pre-filters for the CUB Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) system, including demolition of the existing prefilter housing skid. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 05/22/26, with registration due by 05/20/26 at 4:00 PM. Bids are due by 06/22/26 at 2:30 PM.
