Description

The South Carolina Department of Public Health intends to enter into a sole source contract with Vitaflo USA LLC for metabolic formulas or FDA approved formulas of exact metabolic composition of Vitaflo formulas. These formulas are prescription-only and used to treat children with inborn errors of metabolism. The formulas will be distributed to Department of Public Health clients on an as-needed basis.
