Description

The City of South Jordan is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor to furnish and install colored exposed aggregate concrete work in the Towne Center Plaza. The work includes construction of exposed aggregate concrete, installation of truncated dome panels for ADA accessible ramps, landscape curbing, and bollards, as well as an alternative bid for curb and gutter installation. All work must be completed between July 1, 2026 and July 30, 2026, with substantial completion 30 days from Notice to Proceed.
