Description

This requirement establishs a Firm Fixed Price(FFP) Requirements Indefinite-Delivery Contract to procure LAU-12X Missile Rail Launchers (MRLs) in support of FMS customers. The contract will include an initial basic  period through December 31, 2026, followed by nine option periods structured around calendar years, concluding on April 30, 2036. Currently only only the basic period and the first four option periods is priced at $138,217,405.

This contract was awarded on a sole-source basis. Market research determined that Marvin Engineering Co, Inc. is the only known qualified source capable of meeting the requirements for this country-directed FMS acquisition. The action was executed under the authority of FAR 6.302-4, International Agreement.
