Description

SD36 is seeking a single respondent to provide Substitute Sign Language Interpreting services equivalent to 1.5 FTE billed hourly, along with a dedicated contract administrator and Program Consultant Coordinator billed on a flat monthly fee. The successful respondent will be the single point of accountability for all substitute interpreting coverage across the district, serving approximately 300 Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing students in 2025-26. Services must comply with statutory obligations of FIPPA, and all service providers assume legal privacy obligations under FIPPA. Respondents must have a vendor account with SD36's electronic bidding system to participate.
