Description
This RFSQ seeks submissions to create lists of Pre-Qualified Suppliers for air assets and air carriers across bases in St. John’s, Wabush, Happy Valley Goose Bay, Deer Lake, and Gander. The lists will be used by Departments of the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador to acquire rental of air assets and air carriers for various operations including wildland fire suppression, transportation of crews and supplies, surveillance, aerial surveys, emergency medical services, geological research, ground search and rescue, and transport services to remote communities. The contract duration is 12 months and the procurement method is Competitive – Open Bidding. The opportunity is governed by the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).
