NL Health Services (NLHS) is administering this RFSQ on behalf of NL Digital Health to pre-qualify vendors for upcoming Request for Proposal(s) (RFPs) for Business Analyst Consultants. This RFSQ will establish a vendor pool for future limited call RFPs but will not directly result in a contract. The vendor pool will be available for one year and will pre-qualify up to 5 vendors to participate in subsequent limited call RFP opportunities. The procurement method is competitive open bidding with a contract duration of 12 months.
