Description
BC Hydro plans to construct the East Vancouver Substation (EVR), a new 230/60/25/12 kV above-ground indoor substation with an ultimate capacity of 400 MVA and an initial installed capacity of 200 MVA. The substation will be electrically connected to Cathedral Square Substation and Horne Payne Substation via extensions of the existing 230 kV underground transmission circuits 2L34 and 2L33. This opportunity is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and all responses should be in English. The procurement is managed by British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority and requires registration on the BC Bid platform to participate.
