Description

The Harris County Department of Education (HCDE) is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) for Painting, Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings, and Flooring under a Job Order Contracting (JOC) and Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The procurement includes a Maintenance Component under Texas Education Code 44.031 and a Single Trade Job Order Contracting Component under Texas Government Code 2269. The contract will be used by HCDE and Choice Partners members for maintenance, repair, alteration, renovation, remediation, or minor construction of facilities. Proposers must respond to both components; proposals for only one component will be considered unresponsive. The maximum annual aggregate contract price is set at $200 million.
