• Scope of Services

  • 24/7 on-call availability with a two-hour response time for service calls (24 hours for standard, four hours for emergencies)
  • All personnel must pass background checks due to work in secure state facilities

Description

The Department of Public Safety of the State of Texas is soliciting proposals to establish a Blanket Contract for plumbing maintenance, repair, emergencies, installation, and troubleshooting for DPS-owned and maintained buildings at the DPS Headquarters Complex in Austin, Texas, and at the Florence Tactical Training Center. The contractor must provide all labor, warranties, rental equipment, materials, equipment, tools, and transportation required to perform these services. This is a contingency requirements contract with no guaranteed volume. The contract term is five years with a possible six-month extension for transition or re-advertising purposes.
