The U.S. Army is preparing to procure comprehensive transportation services for major Indo-Pacific military conferences in Auckland, New Zealand. - Government Buyer - U.S. Department of Defense, Department of the Army, 413th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB) - Scope of Services - Transportation for up to 200 personnel during the IPACC, IPAMS, and SELF events - Includes airport, hotel, and event site transfers in and around Auckland - All vehicles must be leased with drivers and be climate-controlled (heating and air conditioning) - Contractor must provide all personnel, vehicles, fuel, equipment, and support - Compliance with U.S. and New Zealand laws and security requirements is mandatory - Products/Services Requested - 15-passenger vans (up to 120+ vehicle-days) - 4-passenger SUVs (up to 10+ vehicle-days) - 44-passenger coach buses (up to 9+ vehicle-days) - Defense Base Act (DBA) insurance policy for contract duration - Unique/Notable Requirements - Vehicles based out of Hilton Auckland, operating throughout Auckland and surrounding areas, including Auckland Airport, Davenport, and the Navy Marae - Specific rental days and vehicle types detailed in the ordering sheet - DBA insurance required for all contract activities - OEMs and Vendors - No specific OEMs or vehicle brands are mandated; open to qualified transportation providers - Period of Performance - Services required over multiple days within a defined 10-day window - Locations - Primary place of performance: Auckland, New Zealand and surrounding areas - Contracting office: Fort Shafter, Hawaii

Requiring transportation for 200 personnel in and around the Auckland, New Zealand area to include airport to hotel transportation and hotel to event site transportation utilizing various vehicles on multiple days from 16-26 September 2026.
