Description

This procurement is for ammunition destruction in accordance with the request for quotation (RFQ) which includes the statement of work (SOW). Supplier quotations will be provided in separate documents sent to Kirk Hunt at kirk.w.hunt@cbp.dhs.gov. Pricing must be returned as an Excel spreadsheet.  All other quotation documents must be compatible with Microsoft Word or viewable in Adobe Acrobat. Documents must not exceed 5 megabytes in total file size.

The three parts, as separate documents, are:

1) Technical Quotation

a) A brief, narrative explanation (maximum, 5 pages) of offeror’s ability to satisfy the statement of work and prior experience.

2) Complete and return Excel pricing spreadsheet attached, and

3) Signed copy of 70B03C26Q00000114 (SF 1449).

In order to document compliance with FAR 52.204-7(b)(1), your quotation response must include your organization's unique entity identifier (UEI) from www.SAM.gov.

The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award without discussions with offerors, but reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer determines them to be necessary. The offeror’s initial proposal should contain the offeror’s best price and delivery, plus include a complete and concise technical quotation.

Award will be made via Best Value Trade Off.  Award may be made to other than the lowest priced offer.  Award may be made to other than the best technically evaluated offer.
