Notice of Intent for Sole SourceThe purpose of this announcement is to provide notice that the Department of the Interior - National Park Service intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to PC Automated Controls, Inc. for Preventive and Scheduled Maintenance of York Rooftop HVAC Units at Carlsbad Caverns National Park in Carlsbad New Mexico.The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors - with a small business size standard of $19.0M. This procurement is being conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures soliciting from a single source authorized by FAR Part 13.The Contracting Office hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to PC Automated Controls, Inc. for the services required.
