Description
The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Chinle Service Unit in Chinle, Arizona, intends to place multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with the following Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) vendors Red Heritage Medical, Native Vet Material, LLC, and National Environmental, Inc. (dba Buy Indian Medical) for Microbiology supplies to be ordered on "as needed" basis using blanket purchase agreement (BPA).
The anticipated period of performance is one one-year base period plus two one-year option periods. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 621511 Medical Laboratories with a small business size standard of $41.5 million.
No further awards will be made unless the need for <name of location, unit, facility, etc.> changes. The prospective, multiple-award BPAs as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time. In accordance with Part 12.201-1(e)(3)(i)(A), establishment of multiple BPAs constitute maximum practicable competition.
Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the point of contact listed below via email only and no later than May 15, 2026, by 5:00pm MST. In the event additional BPAs are deemed to be in the best interest of the government, capable vendors may be contacted and be requested to establish a BPA with the Government.
This notice of intent is not a request for quotations, and a solicitation will not be issued.
