This opportunity seeks contractor support for the Naval Information Warfighting Development Center (NIWDC) Electronic Warfare Database (EWD) cybersecurity operations within a secure AWS IL6 cloud environment. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfighting Development Center (NIWDC) - Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named; the environment is based on Amazon Web Services (AWS) IL6 - Products/Services Requested: - Professional, technical, and administrative support for cybersecurity operations - Key labor categories: - Information System Security Engineer III (Key Personnel, Site Lead): 1,912 hours - Information System Security Engineer II: 1,912 hours - Cloud System Administrator: 3,824 hours - Support for two AWS Elastic Cloud Compute instances and a cloud-based DEVOPS environment - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All work must be performed within an AWS IL6 certified environment - Personnel must hold Top Secret clearance with SCI access - Adherence to DoD cybersecurity policies and compliance standards - Experience with cloud system administration, cybersecurity engineering, risk management, incident response, and compliance auditing - Performance at Naval Station Norfolk and/or vendor-approved offices upon COR approval - Emphasis on small business participation and past performance in similar secure cloud environments
