The U.S. Air Force, through the 182nd Airlift Wing and USPFO Activity ILANG 182, is seeking bids for a comprehensive walk-in refrigerator/freezer replacement and repair project at its Peoria, Illinois facility. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 182nd Airlift Wing, W7M6 USPFO Activity ILANG 182 - Project Scope: - Remove and replace condenser and evaporator units for the DFAC commercial refrigerator and freezer - Remove and replace galvalume diamond plate floor for freezer and cooler (Option 1) - Remove and replace existing cooler/freezer galvalume combination box with new insulated box, including switchable lights, temperature monitoring, door heaters, and lockable doors with emergency egress (Option 2) - Coordination with Simplex/JCI, ECSI, and Western Specialty Contractors for integration with alarm and monitoring systems and to maintain existing warranties - Products/Services Requested: - Full replacement of refrigeration system components (condenser, evaporator, control box) - Replacement of floors and walls for walk-in units - Integration with building automation and fire alarm systems - Notable Requirements: - Coordination with specific system integrators (Simplex/JCI, ECSI, Western Specialty Contractors) for alarm/monitoring integration - All work must maintain or not void existing warranties - Work to be completed within 180 calendar days after notice to proceed - No specific OEMs or product part numbers are specified; the solicitation is open to qualified vendors able to meet the technical and integration requirements.

Please refer to the attached Solicitation, Attachment 1 - SOW. Site visit date, time, and location are identified in the subject solicitation. Please read the solicitation and other documents thoroughly and abide by the solicitation requirements. This project is currently subject to funds availability.
