NASA is seeking to modernize its work control systems at Kennedy Space Center through a sole source procurement of Epsilon3 software licenses and related services: - Government Buyer: - National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) - Kennedy Space Center EGS/COMET Team and NASA Safety and Mission Assurance Support Contract (NSSC) - NASA Shared Services Center (contracting office) - OEMs and Vendors: - Epsilon3, Inc. (sole source, FedRAMP-authorized software provider) - Products/Services Requested: - 100 Epsilon3 Pro FedRAMP High software licenses (FedRAMP High authorization required) - 100 one-time implementation and onboarding services (FedRAMP High) - Ongoing software updates to address NASA-specific operational gaps - Unique/Notable Requirements: - FedRAMP High cybersecurity compliance is mandatory - Epsilon3 is uniquely qualified to meet NASA's operational and cybersecurity needs, replacing legacy systems (Solumina and Maximo) - Implementation and onboarding must be completed within 12 months after order, no later than mid-May 2026, to support Artemis III and subsequent missions - Sole source justification: Only Epsilon3 is considered capable of meeting NASA's requirements - Place of Performance: - NASA Kennedy Space Center, Merritt Island, FL - Contracting office at NASA Shared Services Center, Stennis Space Center, MS
