THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF SOLICITATION ISSUANCE. This Special Notice is solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a formal solicitation for proposals, request for quotations or proposal abstracts; any sent will be disregarded. In accordance with RFO 15.101(c), responses to this Special Notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responses to this notice and event attendance are strictly voluntary and are not required to propose for subsequent Announcements (if any) or Solicitations (if any) on the topics listed in this RFI. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise because of submission of responses to this notice or the Government use of such information. Respondents are advised that USASOC is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of any information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted under this Special Notice.
No further announcements will be released by the Government after this Special Notice. A response to this notice will be required to be considered for co-sponsorship. The Government intends to utilize submitted submissions as a basis for selecting the strategic partner for co-sponsorship.

U.S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) Industry and Demonstration Day
PURPOSE – The United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) is seeking interested organizations/associations to engage in a one-time strategic partnership to plan, coordinate, and execute an industry and demonstration day event. USASOC will not execute a contract for this event, rather a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) will be put in place outlining the roles and responsibilities of USASOC and the selected organization/association. This event must be located within 20 miles of Fort Bragg, NC, deviations from the mileage requirement must be pre-approved. The event must take place within the first quarter of fiscal year 2027 and run for up to five days.
SPECIAL NOTICE – Organization/association interesting in co-hosting this event will be responsible for the following activities, including but not limited to:
Advertising Registration Agenda development and distribution Event planning and scheduling Venue rental Event website hosting and design Coordination with local law enforcement and Ft Bragg base access requirements Coordination for UxS and technology usage during demonstration day
Submission must include:
1. Name of Organization/Association, address, cage code/UEI, POC information
2. Explain your organization’s experience and capability to provide the requirements listed above
3. Include a brief summary, no more than 15 pages, detailing your organization’s methodology to execute the above event, including: panel discussions and participants, industry components for exhibition and demonstration, suggested information session topics, suggested keynotes speakers, and an unspecified change contingency plan. Submissions must not include any proprietary markings or competition sensitive information.
REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) Additionally, this special notice is seeking information and ideas for industry and demonstration events at which the SOF community may communicate with industry, government, academia, and other non-federal entities for collaboration on current challenges. These challenges and technical focus areas include but are not limited to:
Conflict, Competition, Counter-Violent Extremist Organization (C-VEO) Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) capabilities Counter UxS (Combating Unmanned Systems) SOF AI (Leveraging Artificial Intelligence for Special operations) Deep Sense / Deep Strike (Focused on advance sensing and precisions engagement) Swarming (Heterogeneous or Homogeneous)
