Description
Non-Personal Grounds Services at MO013 in Missouri. The period of performance is 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027, four (4) twelve (12) month option periods and a six-month (6) option to extend services. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items for services necessary for Grounds Maintenance Services for the 88th Readiness Division for one (1) location in Missouri; in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The period of performance start date is July 01, 2026 to June 30, 2027 with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods and a six-month (6) option to extend services.
