DLA Troop Support is seeking proposals for a broad range of commercial snow removal and de-icing equipment under its Heavy Equipment Program: - Government Buyer: - Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support, Construction & Equipment (HEPP) office, Philadelphia, PA - Products/Services Requested: - New commercial snow removal equipment, including: - Snow plows - Snow blowers - Snow sweepers - De-icing vehicles and equipment - Brooms - Equipment must be the most recent commercial version, include all standard components, and come with full commercial manuals - Incidental service and support features may be ordered with equipment, such as: - Operator training and certification - Service plans and spare parts support - Video packages and extended warranty agreements - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; contracts will be awarded per manufacturer product line - Offerors must provide OEM letters of commitment and submit commercial catalogs, price lists, and invoices - Notable Requirements: - Equipment must be new (not refurbished or remanufactured) - Delivery required within 30 to 730 days after order - 10-year contract term with continuous open solicitation and no option years - Compliance with federal regulations is mandatory - Pricing is FOB Origin; individual orders are FOB Destination
