Description
This solicitation is for a Master Agreement under which the contractor will provide Fire Suppression System Services to the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) at specified locations. The contractor will be compensated based on rates specified in Exhibit B-1, which include all labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, permits, licenses, taxes, fees, and other necessary expenses. The services cover preventative maintenance, fire sprinkler and standpipe services, fire pump services, testing and certification, fire hydrant flow testing, roll-down door services, repair services, project management, and hydrostatic testing. Bidders may bid on one or more locations but must provide rates for all items within each location bid.
