School District 36 Surrey is seeking a single respondent to provide Substitute Sign Language Interpreting services, equivalent to 1.5 full-time employees, billed hourly. The contract also includes a dedicated contract administrator and a Program Consultant Coordinator, both billed on a flat monthly fee. The successful respondent will be the single point of accountability for all substitute interpreting coverage across the district, serving approximately 300 Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing students in the 2025-26 school year.
