Description

Guilford County is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide capacity building support for implementation of Years 6-10 of a collective action framework aimed at reducing infant mortality in Guilford County. The selected provider will work with the Guilford County Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health, and the Every Baby Guilford program to coordinate and evaluate the collective action strategy launched in 2021. The scope includes developing and implementing an evaluation plan, collecting and analyzing data, and providing quarterly and annual reports. The contract will be for one year with the option to renew for three additional years, totaling up to four years.
