Description

Guilford County is soliciting proposals for a Healthcare Systems Change Implementation Partner to support the implementation of Years 6-10 of a collective action framework aimed at reducing infant mortality in the county. The selected provider will work with the Guilford County Department of Health and Human Services and the Every Baby Guilford program to build capacity, assess challenges, develop strategies, and implement interventions to reduce racial disparities in infant mortality.
