Description

Guilford County Purchasing Department is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide janitorial and floor maintenance services for multiple county locations. The contract will cover routine janitorial services, carpet cleaning, and hard floor maintenance across various facilities including courthouses, health departments, and other county buildings. The initial contract term is three years with options to renew for two additional one-year periods, totaling up to five years.
