Guilford County is soliciting proposals for a Marketing & Communications Implementation Partner to support efforts in reducing infant mortality. The contract involves capacity building support for implementing Years 6-10 of a collective action framework aimed at reducing infant mortality and addressing racial disparities in maternal and infant health. The selected provider will coordinate and evaluate the collective action strategy, collect and analyze data, and provide regular reports on progress. The contract term is one year with the option to renew for up to four years.
