Guilford County Purchasing Department is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide janitorial and floor maintenance services for multiple county locations. The contract will cover various facilities including courthouses, health departments, animal shelter, and other county buildings in Greensboro and High Point. The initial contract term is three years with options to renew for two additional one-year periods, totaling up to five years. Providers are encouraged to visit site locations prior to proposal submission, and a non-mandatory pre-proposal Zoom meeting will be held.
