Description

Guilford County Purchasing Department is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide equipment and uniforms to the Guilford County Sheriff's Office on an as-needed basis. The contract will be a Price Only contract for an initial term of three years with options to renew for two additional one-year periods, totaling up to five years. The awarded provider must maintain sufficient inventory, provide alterations, and deliver garments within four working days of request. The scope includes warehousing, measuring, hemming, attaching patches and insignias, and providing software/online system capabilities as specified in the RFP.
