This notice announces the USDA Forest Service's intent to issue a competitive BPA Call Order for 2027 Mexican Spotted Owl Surveys on the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests in Springerville, Arizona. - The procurement will be conducted under the Land Management Integrated Resources (LMIR) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), a national multiple-award BPA. - Eligible services under the LMIR BPA include professional services, natural resources restoration, engineering, project management, NEPA, and communications. - Only businesses already listed on the LMIR BPA are eligible to compete for this opportunity; over 50 companies are currently eligible. - No specific OEMs, vendors, product part numbers, or quantities are provided in the notice. - The BPA is open for new contractors to join by contacting the point of contact in the original solicitation. - The place of performance is the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests, located in Springerville, Arizona.

BPA Call Order Exceeding $25,000 Synopsis Requisition 1166984.

The USDA Forest Service (FS), Procurement & Property Services (PPS) is issuing this notice.  The USDA FS intends on awarding a competitive BPA Call Order against the LMIR BPA for 2027 Mexican Spotted Owl Surveys on the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests.

12363N23Q4023 The Land Management Integrated Resources BPA (LMIR) is a National BPA that consist of a large variety of work including Professional Services, Natural Resources Restoration, Engineering, Project Management, NEPA, Communications, and more. The BPA can be utilized on all Forests and Grasslands and is available for all federal agencies to utilize.

This is not a solicitation.  This synopsis notification of intent to award a BPA Call order does not constitute a request for proposals or submission of any information in response to this notification.

This procurement is restricted to those approved businesses that will receive this solicitation.  The Call Order shall be issued via email to those companies listed on the BPA.  Over 50 businesses will receive this solicitation. Any changes to the Call Order RFQ shall also be emailed to those companies listed on the BPA.  Point of Contact is sm.fs.lmirbpa@usda.gov.

This requirement will be competitively awarded as a BPA Call Order against the aforementioned multiple award schedule BPA continuously solicited on the Government Point of Entry (GPE) at: SAM.gov.  The government will not provide feedback or evaluations to companies regarding their submissions in response to this notice, however, this is an open continuous BPA that allows us to accept responses for the life of the BPA. Search “Contracts” on sam.gov using solicitation number “12363N23Q4023”. The LMIR BPA has a continuous pre-solicitation sharing that that contractors may join the BPA at any point in time by reaching out to POC on Solicitation 12363N23Q4023.
