Description

Guilford County is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide a comprehensive development of the County's employee handbook and review of County Personnel Regulations and department policies to revise, expand, and implement. The project includes reviewing existing personnel regulations, policies, and procedures, making recommendations for updates and additions, and developing an Employee Handbook. The selected provider will also provide training to management on the updated regulations and policies. The contract term is initially three years with options to renew for two additional one-year periods, totaling up to five years.
