Description
Guilford County is seeking qualified design-build teams to provide design, estimating, construction, and construction management services for upfits to an existing facility at 1411 Lees Chapel Road. The project involves renovations to convert the building into a Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) facility, including modifications to internal space, interior finishes, kitchen renovation, fire alarm and sprinkler system upgrades, window evaluations, emergency generator installation, roof evaluation, energy code compliance, alarm and low-voltage wiring installation, IT closet construction, door access control, FF&E modifications, lighting evaluation, plumbing fixture replacement, and HVAC and plumbing component evaluations.
