Description

Guilford County is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to evaluate its current VoIP phone system, develop requirements for upgrading or replacing the system, and write RFP specifications for a new VoIP system. The scope includes assessing efficiencies, cost savings, call center workflows, and device usage, as well as generating recommendations and a selection matrix. The County currently uses a Cisco-hosted VoIP system with approximately 2500 phones and 478 SIP trunks across multiple sites. The contract term is one year starting upon award.
