This solicitation is a re-bid for the Guilford County Detention Center Sanitary Sewer Service Replacement project located at 507 East Green Drive, High Point, NC. The project scope includes cutting and capping existing utilities, removal of existing grease trap, demolition of existing chiller enclosure and retaining wall, removal and replacement of asphalt, concrete, curb and gutter, landscaping, installation of new grease trap and sanitary sewer service, erosion control measures, and minor grading operations.
