Description
Guilford County Purchasing Department is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide services to support the County's resident engagement and planning process for the strategic use and investment of the American Rescue Plan Acts (ARPA) State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds. The project aims to encourage a strong economic recovery and lay the foundation for a more resilient, equitable, and prosperous future for the County. The project focuses on four core tasks: public input and stakeholder engagement process, research and analytics with stakeholder agreement, pre-existing strategic visions, and development of actionable strategies. Respondents can provide responses to any portion or all four tasks.
